Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz have decided to list their $14.9 million, New Jersey home reportedly to make room for their growing art collection.

Real estate sources tell TMZ that the couple are selling the home to find a new place to house their expensive artwork, including pieces by Jean-Michel Basquiat, Andy Warhol, Ernie Barnes, Keith Haring and others. The gossip site reports that the power couple’s collection is so expansive that Swizz affectionately named it, “Eight Acres of Showtime.”

Their current pad, which was previously owned by Eddie Murphy, sits on 5.2 acres in Englewood, New Jersey and features a cinema, indoor pool, bowling alley, elevator and a fitness center.
