Trae Patton/NBCAlicia Keys will celebrate the New Year performing live from Times Square in New York City on NBC’s New Year’s Eve with Carson Daly.
Daly will be joined by former Spice Girl and America’s Got Talent judge Mel B for hosting duties. Country singer Blake Shelton, who co-stars with Alicia on The Voice, and a cappella group Pentatonix also are scheduled to perform throughout the night.
The hour-long special begins at 11:30 pm on December 31.
