Andra Day to Headline Thurgood Marshall College Fund’s 27th Annual Awards Gala

Andra Day is scheduled to perform at the Thurgood Marshall College Fund’s 27th Annual Awards Gala, taking place Monday, November 16 at the Washington Hilton’s ballroom.

Hosted by Good Morning America co-anchor Robin Roberts, the black-tie event aims to raise more $5 million this year. Proceeds from the event will impact students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

“Performing at the TMCF Awards Gala is so exciting,” said Day in a statement.  “Knowing that I will be able to show over 400 students, in the room on that night, they too can realize their dream is very rewarding and I can’t wait!”
