The event, now in its 13th year, was held in July in New Orleans and BET has announced that it will air the event on September 1 at 9 p.m. ET.
The show will feature performances from Anthony Hamilton and The Hamiltones, Chrisette Michele, Ro James and and Christian hip-hop artist Canton Jones. The Braxton Sisters and R&B singer Kelly Price performed as part of a tribute to Toni Braxton, who received a Lifetime Achievement award during the event.
The McDonald’s 365Black Awards will air on September 1 at 9:00 p.m. ET.
