The diva has released a promo video where she rocks various items from her collection, which was inspired by a park that she frequented in her childhood.

“I would wake up in the morning and my dad would come knocking on my door and tell me it’s time to go running,” says Bey as she stretches and runs on a treadmill. “I remember wanting to stop but I would push myself to keep going.” She also recalls her fond memories of thinking about her dreams, the sacrifices her parents made, her little sister and how she was “her hero.”

Beyonce adds that she found strength whenever she thought of her favorite park.  “The park became a state of mind, it’s what made me who I am,” she says before adding: “Where’s your park?”

The Ivy Park line will be available worldwide, online and in-store on April 14, at select retailers. In the meantime, you can check out her new interactive site for the line, which is “merging fashion-led design with technical innovation, creating a new kind of performance wear: modern essentials for both on and off the field.”

In related news, Queen Bey fronts two magazine covers for Elle, in which she gives a rare interview about her freedom, feminism, helping women love their bodies with her new fashion line, and more. The May issue hits newsstands on April 6.
