Thankfully, Beyoncé answered the calls of her bored fans and helped organize a worldwide watch party of her Oscar-nominated documentary Homecoming on Wednesday night.

The idea actually came from a fan named Jasmyn, who suggested to Twitter on Monday, “Can we all watch Homecoming as a group some time this week and relive that again???”

As the idea grew in traction, she decided that Wednesday would be an ample day for fans around the world to come together for a watch party.  “Alright, let’s do this thing!  How’s Wednesday at 6 PM PST (9 EST)???”  Jasymn even joked that fans partaking in the watch party use the hashtag HOMEcoming.

Well, Beyoncé saw the idea and loved the energy behind it.  So, she retweeted Jasmyn to reach out to even more people to join the party.

What fans found hilarious was that Jasmyn didn’t even tag Bey or subtweet her, which meant the “Halo” singer had been spying on her fans, or “lurking” as it’s typically referenced to online.

The realization prompted numerous jokes about how quarantine is so boring, even celebrities who seem to have the most exciting lives are trying to find ways to keep themselves entertained.

While it is unknown if Bey also partook in the Homecoming watch party, she did make several people’s nights by showing her support that night.
