Jay Z has a history of presenting his wife Beyonce with lavish gifts, ranging from buying her a private island to purchasing a million dollar vintage Rolls Royce. However, the rapper has reportedly decided to keep it simple this year for Valentine’s Day.
According to People, the rap mogul recruited Bey’s stylist Ty Hunter help him pick out this year’s gift — jeweler Tacori’s new $2,390 Promise Bracelet.
“[Hunter] got the bracelet and took it with him to give to Jay Z,” a source tells the mag. “He said Jay was waiting for Valentine’s Day to gift her along with a few other presents, but … that Beyoncé is always too eager and you can’t hold any secret from her, so he decided to give it to her earlier.”
The Tacori bracelet features intertwining gold and silver pieces and a lock and key closure. The bangle retails from $690 to $5,990 and comes in a variety of styles.
