It’s been a while since Beyonce and Lady Gaga have worked together, but Bey hasn’t forgotten their friendship. Even though Beyonce’s currently in Europe, where she just wrapped up her world tour, she still took time out to send her best wishes to Lady Gaga on Friday, the singer’s 28th birthday.
On her official Facebook page, Bey posted a big photo of Gaga, with the caption, “Happy Birthday to the multi-talented, creative Lady Gaga. With Love, from Honey B.” She added the caption, “Sending birthday love to Lady Gaga! XO“
“Honey B.” was the name of the character that Beyonce played in “Telephone,” the epic, controversial, Quentin Tarantino-inspired video she made with Gaga in March of 2010. Gaga said this past August that the sequel to “Telephone” would be included on her current album ARTPOP, but it never materialized.
