Beyoncé’s stepdad Richard Lawson says Coachella performances will be revolutionary

ABC/Image Group LAThe countdown’s almost over for Beyoncé‘s highly-anticipated performanced at this year’s Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California. 

Coachella kicks off today, with Bey set to take the stage Saturday night, and her stepdad Richard Lawson tells ABC Radio that fans are in for a “revolutionary show.” 

“It’s gonna be earth-shattering,” he adds.

It sounds like the BeyHive are in for a very special treat that should make up for the superstar’s cancelled 2017 Coachella performance. 

As you may recall, she backed out of the festival because she was pregnant with twins Rumi and Sir

Her friend Lady Gaga stepped in for her.    

Coachella 2018 takes place April 13-15 and April 20-22 in Indio, California, with Bey, The Weeknd and Eminem as headliners. 

Beyoncé will also perform on Saturday, April 21.  

Those unable to make the trek to Coachella this year will have the opportunity to watch over eighty-five artists’ onstage performances, including Bey’s and The Weeknd’s, via a livestream feed.
