Catch Queen Naija’s late night performance on ABC’s ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ tonight

“Way to kick off 2021,” wrote Queen, sharing the announcement on Instagram. 

The “Butterflies” singer will likely perform songs from her debut album, missunderstood, which was released in November. Queen took her crown all the way to the top of Billboard’s Top R&B Albums chart as she followed up her self-titled debut, which peaked at #2 on the chart in 2018. 

missunderstood features Queen’s singles “Pack Lite,” the Lil-Durk-assisted “Lie to Me,” and appearances from fellow R&B singers Kiana Ledé, Lucky Daye, Jacques as well as rappers Russ andToosi.

Butterflies Pt. 2” secured Queen’s  third #1 on Billboard’s Adult R&B Songs airplay chart, joining the ranks of R&B legend Toni Braxton, who accomplished the same.  

In addition, the 18-track effort debuted at #6 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and #9 on the all-genre Billboard 200. Her tracks “Bitter,” featuring Atlanta rapper Mulatto, and “Too Much to Say” charted on Hot R&B Songs at #18 and #25, respectively.
