Remember the woman who as arrested for criminal trespassing on Chris Brown’s property last year? Well, she has a different story to tell.
TMZ reports, Danielle Patti, the alleged trespasser, has been granted a temporary restraining order against Brown, claiming that he repeatedly has harassed her via social media, going so far as to say he’d like to see her dead. Patti also claims that she and Brown had at one time dated.
In documents she filed herself, Patti explains she was trying to leave Brown’s property, but was blocked in by a car parked in front of hers. As she tells it, the police were then called, but she was later cleared of all charges.
The judge granted Patti’s restraining order, requiring Brown to stay 100 yards away and have no contact with her.
The incident occurred back in December, marking the third time Breezy had an unwelcome guest in a seven-month span.
