Chris Brown is finally addressing his long-time beef with Drake.

While overseas on tour, the singer spoke with Tim Westwood in a recent interview about his previous issues with the rapper, with whom he got into a bottle-throwing brawl at a New York club in 2012.

“I don’t partake in beefs and stuff no more,” Chris says. “Because with me, I am more mature now. At the end of the day, whoever is making they money is making they money. As long as they ain’t getting in my way I’m good.”

It’s been widely reported that Brown’s issue with Drake originally stemmed from his dealings with Brown’s ex-girlfriend Rihanna. While on the subject, Brown explained that he has nothing but love for Rih Rih and also explained why he chose to perform her current single “B**** Better Have My Money” during his recent show.

“She’s my homie though,” says Brown. “We knew each other since we were 14, 15 so with that kind of history, we are always going to be cool. I don’t get jealous. I don’t get mad. I got nothing but love and respect for her.”

Without addressing any possible reconciliation, he adds, “I respect her as an artist. Obviously people are going to make a spectacle, like ‘Oh, he’s playing her music!’ But who doesn’t? I’m pretty sure she plays my music.”
