Chris Brown‘s pleas have been heard and the singer was finally granted clearance to leave the Philippines.

Brown posted a video on Instagram showing him headed to a private plane, which was allowed to take off after being grounded for three days.

“Manila, it was fun, I love y’all, man,” he said in the short clip, “Party tonight! Turn up!”

The singer is scheduled to continue his international tour in Israel and Cyprus next week before returning to the U.S. for his One Hell of a Nite tour, beginning on August 12.

As previously reported, the singer’s departure was delayed as the result of a dispute between himself and a promoter over a cancelled New Year’s Eve concert scheduled to have taken place in Manila. The singer did not appear at the show after reportedly losing his passport the day before the event.
