courtesy Dick Clark ProductionsCiara is returning as the host of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest Hollywood Party, which will feature a performance by Ella Mai.
Ciara will bring in the New Year in Hollywood, while Ryan Seacrest and Jenny McCarthy will again anchor the show from New York City’s Times Square.
The Grammy winner won Best Dance Performance for “Level Up” at the 2018 Soul Train Awards, which aired Sunday night on BET. She tweeted, “Wow. I’m truly grateful. Thank you @SoulTrain! Thank you to my fans for all your support! Im truly Grateful. God is good. #LevelUp”
Mai led all artists with three honors at the Soul Train Awards. She won Best R&B/Soul Female Artist, Song of the Year for “Boo’d Up,” and The Ashford and Simpson Songwriter’s Award. The singer from London tweeted, “Thank you @SoulTrain for my first 3 awards. I am honored.”
