Courtesy of MTVThe MTV VMAs take place this Sunday, and a ton of exciting acts, including Kendrick Lamar, Khalid, Gucci Mane, Cardi B, Logic, Post Malone and rising star KYLE, are all confirmed to perform during the star-studded night.
The Weeknd, who was previously announced as a performer, is currently absent on the Performers list of artists on the MTV.com website.
Khalid, who’s been nominated in the Best New Artist category, is performing on the pre-show by himself, and he’s also taking the stage for the main awards show telecast with Logic, who’s nominated for the Best Fight Against the System trophy.
Cardi B is also appearing during the pre-show broadcast to perform her hit track, “Bodak Yellow.”
Kendrick snagged the most VMA nominations this year, with eight nods for his “HUMBLE.” video, and The Weeknd ties show host Katy Perry with five.
Other nominees include DJ Khaled, Chance the Rapper, Big Sean, Migos, SZA and Bruno Mars.
