Drake lands his 95th hit on Billboard Hot 100 chart with Summer Walker collabo

LVRN/Interscope RecordsHe dominated the charts in 2018 and now, three months into 2019, Drake‘s reign simply won’t let up. 

The Scorpion lyricist has extended his record for the most top 40 hits ever on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Drizzy’s latest entry comes courtesy of his take on Summer Walker‘s ballad “Girls Need Love.” Following the release of the remix, the song jumped from 87 to 37 on the Hot 100, earning the Toronto rapper his 95th Top 40 entry on the tally.

After Drake, the acts with the most top 40 Hot 100 hits are: Elvis Presley and Lil Wayne, both with 81;  Elton John with 57, Taylor Swift with 56, Nicki Minaj with 51, the cast of Glee with 51, and JAY Z,The Beatles and Rihanna, who each have 50. 

In addition to his top 40 record, Drake also leads the pack as the solo artist with the most Hot 100 entries overall: He’s got 193 of them.  Lil Wayne is next with 162, followed by Elvis Presley with 109 and Minaj with 102. 

The act with the most Hot 100 entries in history, including solo artists and groups, is the cast of Glee,who has 207.
