Johnny Nunez/BET/Getty Images for BETIt looks like Chris Brown‘s joint tour with hip hop powerhouse Nicki Minaj may not be happening after all.
Following Live Nation‘s announcement of Breezy’s upcoming IndiGOAT tour dates, Minaj’s name was conspicuously absent from the line-up, which included artists such as Ty Dolla $ign, Joyner Lucas, Tory Lanez and Yella Beezy.
In April, Variety had reported that Brown would headline a tour with Minaj also on the bill. The tour, which Brown said would start in the summer, is still slated to go on, but there is no word on whether the Head Barb will be involved.
Not surprisingly, Nicki Minaj fans were not pleased.
“Tour needs to be cancelled,” wrote one fan in response to the news.
On fan speculated that Nicki might be with child.
“Guess the Chris Brown x Nicki Minaj tour ain’t happening again sis prolly pregnant,” shared the fan.
Another fan speculated that the joint tour was never happening in the first place.
“She NEVER confirmed nor her team! Chris posted that tour in summer but her never said with nicki everyone assume,” the fan tweeted. “Noone denied nor confirmed.”
Nicki has yet to comment about the tour or her participation.
