In honor of his 34th birthday, Sammie shares new single, Crazy

by

Prince Williams/WireimageR&B vet Sammie celebrates his 34th birthday today with a release of his new single, “Crazy.”

On the guitar-laden track, Sammie encourages all men, including himself, to stop calling women crazy for not accepting their advances or their mess.

“Y’all not crazy / y’all just hurt and y’all just tired / y’all just fed up,” he sings on the chorus.

“Crazy” was written by Sammie and follows the June release of his fifth album, Such Is Life. The 12-track effort features guest appearances from fellow R&B singers Rotimi and Tank. It also contains his singles, “Friend Zone” and “All Night” with DJ Luke Nasty.

Last April, Sammie released a remastered version of his 2006 self-titled album. Prior to the pandemic, the talented singer and dancer was hitting stages around the world on the Millennium Tour with the likes of Omarion, Bow Wow, Soulja Boy, Ying Yang Twins and the tour’s leading lady, Ashanti
