Photo Courtesy of EssenceThe first-ever “Beauty Carnival” during this year’s Essence festival will welcome three of music’s most electric singers, who just so happen to be beauty icons in their own right as well: India. Arie, Tweet and Lion Babe frontwoman and Pantene spokeswoman Jillian Hervey.
The three-day free carnival is set to take place at the annual Beauty & Style Expo at Essence fest this summer.
Festivalgoers will be able to get beauty advice from expert stylists, beauty bloggers and vloggers, find out the latest beauty and style trends, get their very own mini-makeovers and much more.
As for the Essence festival performance schedule, a number of exciting acts are slated to appear, including Motown legend Diana Ross, Chaka Khan, Mary J. Blige, Chance the Rapper, Solange, Remy Ma, Xscape and Jill Scott.
