ABC/Image Group LAAfter Beyoncé shocked the world on Wednesday with news of her pregnancy, people are wondering if the global superstar will perform at this year’s Coachella festival in April…including the event’s producer, Goldenvoice.
Sources tell TMZ that Goldenvoice has no idea how far along Bey is in her pregnancy, so they don’t know how many months’ pregnant she’ll be by April.
In addition, TMZ claims her pregnancy is considered to be high-risk, both because she’s 35, and because her first pregnancy with daughter Blue Ivy was difficult, and required bed rest.
One source claims that Goldenvoice has yet to hear from the singer’s camp regarding her performance, though although another source connected with Beyoncé tells TMZ that she “still plans to perform, assuming her pregnancy goes well.”
Apparently, Goldenvoice “is not worried” about having to find another headlining act if Beyoncé feels the need to cancel her Coachella performance, since the event production company “constantly talks to bands.”
