by

ABCAhead of the fifth and final season of Insecure, Issa Rae has inked a five-year deal that brings her Hoorae media company in partnership with WarnerMedia, according to Variety. Believed to be valued at $40 million, the deal gives HBO, HBO Max and Warner Bros. television exclusive rights to Rae’s television work, plus a first-look for films with Warner Bros. Pictures Group, New Line and HBO Max.

Variety also reports the Emmy-winning Facebook Watch series Red Table Talk is set to return Wednesday, March 31 at 12 p.m. ET, with new episodes weekly. Co-hosts Jada Pinkett-Smith, her daughter, Willow Smith, and her mother, Adrienne Banfield-Norris, made a huge splash last season with special guests including Olivia Jade Gianulli, the daughter of actress Lori Loughlin and fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, during the recent college admissions scandal.

Red Table Talk made bigger headlines last summer when Jada brought herself and her husband Will Smith to the table to discuss allegations about their marriage, including Jada’s “entanglement” with singer August Alsina, when the couple was separated. The episode titled “Jada Brings Herself to the Table” received more than 15 million views.

And finally, Niecey Nash will star in Netflix’ limited series, Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Storyreports Deadline. Monster chronicles the story of Dahmer, “one of America’s most notorious serial killers” and his multi-year killing spree.

In the series largely told from the perspective of Dahmer’s victims, Nash plays Glenda Cleveland, Dahmer’s neighbor, who called police and the FBI numerous times regarding Dahmer’s behavior.
