Mindy Small/FilmMagicJeremih‘s newest mixtape album, Late Nights: Europe, is finally available now for streaming. The project is a follow-up to his third studio album, Late Nights: The Album, and includes fourteen tracks with guest artists such as Ty Dolla $ign, Wiz Khalifa and The Game.
Jeremih states that his new album was recorded after shows, on the road, which was a first for the artist. “I had never really recorded on the road…After a lot of the shows, we’d set up small little booths in the hotel room. It reminded me of how I used to work before I got signed — I recorded at my granddad’s crib in a small little room,” he says.
He also notes that his time on the road while touring in Europe greatly inspired Late Nights: Europe.
“Every song was inspired by wherever we went, whether it was the people, the food, the girls with their accents. We had shows back-to-back-to-back sold out…seeing it night after night sold out with new faces, I couldn’t help but record afterwards,” he adds.
