John Legend, Major Lazer and more to headline ABRACADABRA’s virtual New Year’s Eve festival

by

CouGet ready to bring in the New Year with John Legend, Major Lazer and Jermaine Dupri for the three-day ABRACADABRA New Year’s Eve festival.

From December 30th through January 1st, the free virtual event will host over 50 hours of non-stop music, magic and “self-love experiences,” according to organizers.

Each day, four hours will be dedicated to mental heath workshops and wellness actives such as meditation sessions, sound baths and breathing workshops, as well as cooking and yoga classes — all designed to make you feel empowered as you head into 2021.

Hosted live from Miami, the festival will also feature appearances from KaskadeAloe Blacc, ABRACADABRA co-founder and Canadian DJ BLOND:ISH and a self-love experience courtesy of Halle Berry‘s workout brand, Re-Spin.

All proceeds from the event will support #SaveOurStages, the relief fund started by the National Independent Venue Association to help live music venues that are struggling to remain open during the pandemic.

Organizers encourage viewers to donate and enter a contest via Fandiem for a chance to win virtual and IRL experiences, as well as prizes from their favorite artists and festivals. Some of those prizes include a Miami Jet Ski adventure with BLOND:ISH, a Tulum, Mexico getaway to ABRACADABRA’s IRL festival in 2022 and more.

Fans worldwide will be able to enjoy the ABRACADABRA festival, which will be broadcasted live exclusively on Twitch. For more information, visit www.abrafest.com.
