Scott Dudelson/Getty ImagesK Camp continues to drop hit after hit, pioneering his unique style of trap R&B music. Now, he’s back with his highly-anticipated new album, KISS 5, the fifth installment to the album series.
The 15-song project features collaborations with notable artists such as D4L’s Fabo, Jeremih, Yella Beezy, Yung Bleu, and more. The album is a joint venture between his imprint RARE Sound, Empire, and Interscope, following 2019’s Wavy 2 Kritical.
K Camp gets romantic on tracks like “Trill Love” with Wale and Joe Trufant, and “What’s On Your Mind” with the self-proclaimed “King of R&B” Jacquees, but speaks straight from the heart on, “Cry To You.”
Back in February, the Atlanta rapper credited 14-year-old Jalaiah Harmon for making his 2019 single, “Lottery (Renegade),” a hit, and as the creator of the viral dance challenge.
K Camp brought in Quavo for the song’s remix, followed by this week’s remix with T-Pain, and last month’s simmering track “Black Men Don’t Cheat” with 6LACK, Ari Lennox, and Tink, also featured on the album.
KISS 5 is available everywhere today.
