Roc NationIf you were surprised by Rihanna‘s unexpected release Thursday of her new single, “B***h Better Have My Money,” here’s another surprise for you: it was co-produced by Kanye West

According to Entertainment Weekly, West created the track with Roc Nation producer Deputy, whose credits include work with Ne-Yo, Rick Ross, The Dream, Wale, and J. Cole. It was previously announced that West would serve as executive producer of Rihanna’s upcoming eight album, R8.

In the profanity-laced track, Rhanns sings,  “B***h better have my money/Y’all should know me well enough/B***ch better have my money/Please don’t call me on my bluff/Pay me what you owe me /B*lls dey bigger than LeBron/B***h give me my money/who y’all think you frontin’ on?”

RiRi hinted that the song may have been inspired by a comical scene from the Keenen Ivory Wayans 1988 film spoof, I’m Gonna Git You Sucka. She posted a clip from the film on Instagram featuring the pimp character Flyguy, portrayed by Antonio Fargas, introducing a song he calls “My B***h Better Have My Money.”
