In a joint statement to People magazine, the two announced that they’re ending their marriage after only two years.

“It is with profound sadness that I regret to inform my fans that I am divorcing my husband Marc Daly,” Moore said. “Due to recent and ongoing circumstances, I can no longer continue in the marriage.”

“My sole concern and focus is and will always be my daughter, Brooklyn, my miracle baby,” Moore added. “She was made in love and true commitment. I ask for our privacy to be respected moving forward.”

Daly, who married Kenya in St. Lucia in June 2017, also acknowledged their breakup and pledged to co-parent their 10-month-old baby.

“I have come to the difficult decision to separate from Kenya at this time,” his statement reads. “Our daughter has two parents that love her very much and in her best interests, this situation should remain as private as possible. I cherish our family’s good times together and will continue to co-parent in a loving way.”

“Rumors, innuendo or false accusations only serve to hurt our family and will be addressed through counsel as the law permits,” he continues. “Please respect our privacy during this challenging period.”

The news comes after the couple and their baby appeared on Tamron Hall‘s self-titled daytime talk show. During the segment, Daly discussed how he supported “the love of [his] life” through her IVF treatments, which she underwent in order to get pregnant with Brooklyn.

Although neither Moore or Daly has spoken out via social media, it’s likely Moore will address the split on the upcoming season of Real Housewives of Atlanta, which is currently being filmed.
