Lil Kim celebrates Megan Thee Stallion and Beyoncé’s historic Grammy wins

Emilio CoochieGrammy-winning rap icon Lil Kim sent flowers to Megan Thee Stallion and Beyoncé following their historic Grammy wins Sunday night.

Late Monday evening, Kim penned a sweet message to both ladies, each of whom won three Grammys, including two for their “Savage” remix.

“SCREAMING CONGRATULATIONS To my 2 beautiful queens. @theestallion, I have watched how hard you worked since you stepped on the scene consistent with your work and your love. You are an amazing talent,” wrote Kim on Instagram. “Always keep your head to the sky and know you have made your Mommy proud!”

“And to my Queen Bee Soul Sister, @beyonce, I love you sooo much. We came up together and as hard as I saw you work I always knew there was something special about you,” Kim continued. “You worked so hard to get to where you are and I knew that one day everything that you accomplished would be rewarded. You deserve every bit of recognition that you receive and thank you for inspiring all women to be independent and strong.”

Beyoncé also set a record for the most Grammy wins by a woman, with 28, including one for her 2020 anthem, “Black Parade.” 

“Thanks for my little screen time and including me with all of the strong women in the industry and always showing me love!!” Kim concluded. “I love you BEYOND say my Queen Congratulations on making HISTORY.”

First-time nominee Megan also took home the Grammy for Best New Artist. 

Six-time nominee Lil’ Kim won the Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals in 2001 for “Lady Marmalade,” with Mya, Pink, and Christina Aguilera.
