Mariah Carey is in a festive mood once again.
The diva will return to New York City’s historic Beacon Theatre for a mini-residency of shows this December, dubbed — what else? — All I Want for Christmas Is You. She’ll perform December 5, 7, 8, 13 and 14 at the theater and tickets go on sale to the general public October 22 at 10 a.m. ET.
Mariah’s been doing these shows annually since December of 2014. All the dates over the last two years, which feature material from her holiday albums Merry Christmas and Merry Christmas II You, have sold out. Past shows have included a gospel choir, dancers, acrobats and carolers.
The shows are sponsored by the Hallmark Channel, with whom Mariah signed a three-picture deal earlier this year. She’ll be developing, executive producing, directing and co-starring in original movies and contributing original new music for each. The first movie will premiere in early 2017.
Mariah already has starred in a Christmas special for the channel, and directed a Christmas film, A Christmas Melody.
