ABC/Fred WatkinsThe queen of hip-hop soul Mary J. Blige proved she still has it.

Her new album, Strength of a Woman, debuts at number three with 78,000 in sales and streams, most of which came from traditional sales.  It’s Mary’s highest-charting album since Stronger with Each Tear debuted at number two in 2010, and it’s her best sales week since My Life II…The Journey Continues (Act 1) launched with 156,000 copies sold in 2011.

But rapper Kendrick Lamar maintains his grip on the top of the Billboard 200 album chart this week as DAMN. is spending a third straight week at number one.

It’s the longest time any of the rapper’s albums has spent at number one, Billboard reportsTo Pimp a Butterfly spent two weeks at the top in 2015 and Untitled Unmastered held the top spot for a week in 2016.
