ABC/Lorenzo BevilaquaMichelle Obama wants to help you get your body in shape for 2020.

After celebrating her 56th birthday Friday, the former first lady lady revealed her workout playlist Sunday, featuring music by Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Cardi B, Bruno Mars, Lizzo and many more.

“It’s about that time when New Year’s goals and resolutions get just a bit harder to stick to,” Michelle wrote on Instagram. “To offer a little inspiration, I want to share my go-to 2020 #WorkoutPlaylist with all of you.”

The list includes 27 songs, plus nine more to “cool down,” with songs ranging from hip hop, to R&B, and pop.

Beyoncé and Cardi B both have three tracks on the list.  Obama chose Queen Bey’s “Before I Let Go, “Lose My Breath” by Destiny’s Child, and “Apes***,” from Beyoncé’s The Carters duo album with Jay-Z, Everything is Love

Cardi is represented by “Press,” the “Finesse” remix with Bruno Mars, and her “South of the Border” collabo with Ed Sheeran and Camila Cabello.

Bruno, Jay-Z, Frank Ocean and Anderson .Paak each have two songs on the list.

Super Bowl halftime show headliner Jennifer Lopez is also on the list with her “Feelin’ So Good” remix, featuring Fat Joe and Big Pun. Michelle also loves to work out to “Soulmate” by eight-time Grammy nominee Lizzo.

“These songs always seem to give me that extra boost to get through my toughest workouts,” Obama adds in the post caption. “What’s on your playlist?”
