The Grammy-winning singer, actress, and philanthropist has released a number of record-breaking albums and singles, selling over 25 million records. Monica is also the youngest female ever to have two back-to-back top ten albums on Billboard’s Top R&B/Hip Hop chart for her 1995 debut, Miss Thang, as well as her sophomore effort, The Boy Is Mine. She earned a Grammy for the single “The Boy Is Mine” with Brandy.
Monica’s last album, Code Red, peaked at #3 on Billboard’s Top R&B Albums chart in 2015. Meanwhile, fans are still awaiting her long-anticipated album, Trenches, which she has teased over the last few years.
