Naughty Boy Wants Beyonce to Be Special Guest at 2016 Brit Awards

Photo credit: Robin HarperLast week, Naughy Boy received a nomination for the 2016 Brit Awards, the U.K. equivalent of the Grammys. Now, the British producer is hoping that the ceremony will feature a special guest: Beyonce.

“I’ve spoken to Beyonce about it and she’s mad excited about it, the DJ tells U.K.’s The Mirror.  “She’s always invited to the Brits.”

Naughty’s “Runnin’ (Lose It All),” which features Beyonce and Arrow Benjamin, is nominated for British Artist Video of the Year.  The category also includes Sam Smith‘s “Writing’s on the Wall.”

In addition, The Weeknd, Drake, Kendrick Lamar and Justin Bieber will be competing in the International Male category when the Brit Awards take place at London’s O2 Arena on February 24.
