NFL is Preparing for a Normal Season and Packed Stadiums

by

Well, we all know that the COVID-19 pretty much stopped live as we know it in more ways than one. One early sign that things were changing drastically was when major sports began canceling their seasons.

About three months later, officials with the National Football League say they’re preparing for a regular  2020 season … with packed stadiums.

According to NBC Sports Washington, the NFL is moving full steam ahead to a normal season.

NFL EVP of Football Operations Troy Vincent to The Team 980 in Washington, D.C.

“We are planning to have full stadiums until the medical community tells us otherwise,” NFL EVP of Football Operations Troy Vincent said on “The Brian Mitchell Show” on The Team 980 on Friday. “Now remember when we’re talking — we’re talking about September, August, September. So there’s a lot that can happen here. So we’re planning for full stadiums.”

Vincent admits the league already has separate plans in case stadiums can only be half full.
