A New York City nurse was arrested on Thursday after she stole a credit card and charged items to the card that belonged to a man who died from the coronavirus in the hospital where she worked. The man’s daughter discovered the charges on his credit card and called the police. It is not clear what she purchased. She is being charged with grand larceny, criminal possession of the stolen property, and petit larceny. The nurse has been temporarily suspended facing termination.
