ABC/Adam RosePharrell Williams is teaming with Girls Trip writer Tracy Oliver for a film adaptation of the young adult novel, Survive the Night.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Olivier is set to write and direct, while Pharrell will produce the film with his production partner, Mimi Valdes. The film, described as a “music-themed” production, will be a reunion for the three — they previously worked together on Issa Rae‘s web series, Awkward Black Girl.

Girls Trip, which Oliver and producers see as a “grounded empowerment story about four female friends,” follows a group of female college students on Halloween night who get trapped in a underground warehouse during a music festival.

Pharrell has been extensively involved with movies in recent years: he executive-produced the film Dope, co-composed The Amazing Spider-Man 2 soundtrack, and was a producer on the Oscar-nominated movie, Hidden Figures.  He also was nominated for an Oscar for his Despicable Me 2 song, “Happy.”
