Report: Beyoncé and JAY-Z to perform at benefit concert for Hurricane Harvey and Irma relief

by

Beyoncé; ABC/Image Group LABeyoncé and hubby JAY-Z are headlining a benefit concert for Hurricane Harvey and Irma relief at Barclays Center in New York City on October 17, according to US Weekly.

Other Roc Nation artists are set to perform as well.

Bey, mother Tina Knowles-Lawson and daughter Blue Ivy, recently visited the “Formation” singer’s childhood church — St. John’s Church, in Houston, Texas — to show support to those affected by Hurricane Harvey.

She also delivered an impassioned video speech for the Hand in Hand telethon on September 12 that so far has raised over $55 million for victims of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma.

Bey and JAY’s Barclays Center performance will mark Bey’s first onstage appearance since the Grammys in February, and following the birth of twin babies Rumi and Sir Carter.

JAY is currently gearing up for his 4:44 tour, which kicks off October 27 in Anaheim, California.
