Chris Brown is not only seeking to sort out the child support payments and custody of his daughter, Royalty, but he’s reportedly also asking a judge to put a gag order on the mother of his child, Nia Guzman.

TMZ reports that Brown was not in court in Houston, Texas Friday morning, but the singer filed docs for an injunction blocking Guzman from speaking ill of Brown in the news media and on social media.

Both sides are at odds over the financial terms of the custody arrangement.  Guzman is seeking $15,000 a month in child support from Brown, while he hopes to instead provide $2,500 a month. Brown’s also requesting their time with Royalty be split 50/50.

Meanwhile, TMZ has learned that the case will not be moved to the state of California, which is where Guzman first filed.  California courts tend to award more money in child support cases than in Texas.
