Report: Chris Brown’s Baby’s Mama Claims His Smoking Gave Royalty Asthma

by

ABC/Randy HolmesAfter agreeing to co-parent their child in October, Chris Brown is apparently back at odds with his baby mama, Nia Guzman.

The model claims in new legal documents, obtained by TMZ, that Brown’s smoking around their daughter, Royalty, has caused the toddler to develop asthma. As a result, Guzman reportedly wants to restrict Chris’ visitation with Royalty and is asking a judge to enforce random drug tests and prohibit Brown from using drugs or consuming alcohol around Royalty.

After catching wind of her claims, Brown responded by denying the allegations in a since-deleted Instagram post. “I quit cigarettes on New Years,” he reportedly said in the caption. “No one smokes around my daughter…I take care of my daughter and I would never ever put her in a position that will harm her.”

The singer claims that Nia’s accusations are “obviously a play to get some sort of increased income.”

TMZ reports Guzman is seeking to earn $16,000 a month in child support, a significant jump up from their current $2,500 per month agreement.
