Omarion reportedly was to sent to jail for failing to attend a court hearing for an earlier traffic ticket.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that the singer was pulled over in the San Fernando Valley late Friday morning for allegedly running a stop sign.
Shortly after a police officer ran his license plate, the singer was handcuffed due to an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
The former lead singer of B2K is being held on $20,000 bail.
