Report: Over $400K in jewelry allegedly stolen from YG in London

by

ABC/Randy Holmes It was not a Happy New Year for YG as he reportedly lost over $400K in jewelry in a robbery on New Year’s Eve in London.

The “Big Bank” rapper waited until Monday to file a police report in Los Angeles, according to TMZ.

YG, born Keenon Jackson, claims that the high priced gems were in a briefcase on top of a safe in his hotel room and were taken around midnight on December 31.

As previously reported, the 29-year-old rapper began 2020 apologizing for his past comments about the LGBTQ community.

“It’s been brought to my attention that my old views on life was ignorant,” he tweeted. “I apologize to the LGBTQ kommunity for ever komin across like i was anything but respectful and accepting. Live. Love. Ya Life. Gang!”

It is unclear which “old views” YG was referencing.
