ABC/Lou RoccoRihanna‘s latest single, “B***h Better Have My Money,” has given an young songwriter her big break. Bibi Bourelly, a 20-year-old musician from Germany, reveals how Rih decided to record her song.
“We had no idea [Rihanna] would actually ever hear it or do it,” Bourelly tells Noisey. “It took us forever to get it to her, and when she did hear it, she thought it was cool.”
The singer-songwriter, who also penned “Higher” for Rih Rih, adds: “Working with Rihanna has changed my life.”
Bibi adds that she’s focusing on her solo career. “People have not seen anything at all yet,” she says. “I have some new music. Very soon.”
