Rihanna knows a thing or two about fashion, which would explain why she’s launched a new beauty and styling agency called Fr8me, where she’ll be working with some of the industry’s top make-up artists and stylists.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 27-year-old is expanding her empire by alongside managing partner Benoit Demouy.

“Hair, makeup and styling play an important role in creativity,” Rihanna explains. “I am very involved with that part of my process, so this agency was an organic thing for me to do.”

RiRi already has a list of talent signing, including her personal makeup artist Mylah Morales, Taraji P. Henson‘s stylist Jason Bolden, and Fergie‘s hairstylist Patricia Morales.

“We are lucky enough to have some of the best artists at Fr8me,” adds Rihanna. “But I also have a soft spot for finding new talent with extraordinary skills!”

Rihanna has already proven her knack of spotting talented make-up artists online.  “We’re concerned with social media, too — we’ll take a makeup artist with 500,000 followers over someone else,” says Demouy, adding, “Our goal is to have a stellar reputation.”
