In case you missed it, Robin Thicke recently released the video for his new single, “Give It 2 U” featuring 2 Chainz and Kendrick Lamar, which he performed for the first time following his risque set with Miley Cyrus at Sunday night’s MTV Video Music Awards.
In the sporty clip, the crooner is flanked by twerking dance teams and cheerleaders while lounging on the bleachers of an empty football stadium. Down on the field, 2 Chainz rides in on an “ass float” and Kendrick spits his verses on the back of a toy truck.
The video, which includes an adorable cameo of Thicke’s own son, three-year-old Julian Fuego, was directed by Diana Martel, who also created the controversial “Blurred Lines” clip.
