Facebook.com/RobinThickeFollowing his controversial performance during the MTV Video Music Awards, Robin Thicke’s latest album, Blurred Lines, has moved up from #6 to #5 on the Billboard 200 chart, selling an additional 55,000 copies.

However, over on the Hot 100 singles chart, Robin’s hit title-track, featuring T.I. and Pharrell, has been displaced by Katy Perry‘s “Roar.” After 12 weeks atop the chart, the song now sits at number two.

“Blurred Lines” still continues to dominate elsewhere. The summer smash leads the Radio Songs chart for a ninth week. It’s also enjoying a 13th week at #1 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs tally and a 16th week atop the R&B Songs list.

Meanwhile, Justin Timberlake’s The 20/20 Experience jumps from #22 to #6 on the Billboard 200 chart with 37,000 sold. TGT‘s Three Kings falls from #3 to #10 in its second week with 27,000 copies sold.
