by

RCA RecordsSiR reaches back more than 30 years to cover The Isley Brothers’ classic song “Footsteps in the Dark, Pts. 1 & 2″ paired with a fitting black-and-white visual directed by Peter Da Silva.

The Inglewood vocalist gets lost in the solemn lyrics of the track, which is part of RCA Records‘ Black Sounds Beautiful campaign in honor of Black Music Month. It follows last week’s single “Let Go,” featuring D Smoke, released as a tribute to the memory of George Floyd.

Throughout the rest of the month, the Black Sounds Beautiful campaign will feature artists’ commentaries on social media, concert footage, and a special Black Sounds Beautiful playlist highlighting some of RCA’s artists, past and present.

SiR has also been holding fans over with visuals from last year’s critically-acclaimed Chasing Summer LP, including “John Redcorn” and “You Can’t Save Me.
