by

Aiden CullenSummer Walker has been relatively quiet over the past few months, but now she’s unveiled plans for her debut album.

Tuesday, the Atlanta songstress took to Instagram to announce that fans can expect her LP, OVER IT, to arrive later this year via LVRN/Interscope Records.

“My first album OVER IT coming xx/xx/19,” Summer cryptically teased, along with a video showing her writing out the album’s title in red lipstick on a mirror.

While there isn’t an exact release date as of yet, fans have already begun to speculate that the project will revolve around the vocalist’s recent breakup

In response to Summer’s post in which she announced the breakup, Kehlani appeared to give her some advice on how to deal with it, writing in the comments section, “Drop the album.”

Summer initially burst onto the scene with her breakout hit “Girls Need Love,” which later received an official remix courtesy of Drake this past February. The sultry single would go on to peak at number 37 on  the Billboard Hot 100, marking the singer’s first entry on the chart.
