The Braxton Family Values star kept things light on the episode, titled “The Bounceback,” discussing everything from her recent, emotional appearance on the Tamron Hall Show to her July hospitalization, while making additional claims about the show she’s been a part of since 2011.

“I created Braxton Family Values. I created that show and funded it, ok? Let me go there,” Tamar said. “I know everybody is like, ‘well, your sisters have to work and your sisters have to do this that and the other.’ Well yeah, I know this because I created it.”

Despite cancellation rumors at the top of the year, the WE tv reality series that follows Grammy-winning singer Toni Braxton, Tamar, their three sisters and their mother, Evelyn, premiered its seventh season earlier this month.

Due to Tamar’s severed relationship with the network, she said she decided to not be included as much in the series this season as she normally is.

“I’m not saying don’t go to work. I’m saying don’t include me,” she continued. “Normally, if its something you create [or] something your’re a part of, it kind of goes away when you go away. Not that I wanted that to happen. I just don’t want to participate. That’s really all I have to say about that because that’s behind me now.”

Tamar said she’s now moving forward and is solely focused on being a single mother to her son, Logan, and managing her mental health, which includes therapy and asking herself daily, “Am I ok?”

Braxton Family Values airs tonight at 9 p.m. ET on WE tv.
