by

Epic RecordsToday sees the release of Tamar Braxton‘s Calling All Lovers, a project that she says represents a turning point in her career.

The singer took to Twitter to reveal that her latest body of work has made her feel accomplished, no matter what the first-week sales may be.

“I promise u I haven’t looked at a chart because to me, it really doesn’t matter,” she tweeted. “The fact that you are all excited about the exact same thing that I’m excited & proud of means absolutely everything to me.”

The singer reveals that not getting judged or criticized about revisiting painful memories on the album goes “beyond a #1 album!” Tamar adds, “#CallingAllLovers is the Best Music I’ve ever made because it came from my GUT! And from the same place I am finally proud of me, and feeling pretty damn free.”

“I love you All and thank you for letting be me, speak MY truth and breathe,” Tamar concludes.

Calling All Lovers includes the latest singles “Catfish,” “King” and “Angels & Demons.”
