The Weeknd is making waves on Billboard‘s Hot R&B Songs and Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs charts with “The Hills.”
The publication notes the singer’s newest single has opened at numbers 3 and 7 on the lists, respectively, thanks to sales and streams, marking his highest debut yet on both tallies. According to Nielsen Music, the song garnered 5.2 million domestic streams in the week ending May 31, while also selling 109,000 downloads.
“The Hills” is the lead track from The Weeknd’s follow-up to his 2013 album Kiss Land, which is due out later this year.
