Tiffany Haddish defends Blueface for throwing out money for the homeless in L.A.

by

ABC/Giovanni RufinoBlueface was ripped on social media for making it rain as he threw thousands of dollars in the air for Christmas on Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles. Now Tiffany Haddish is coming to his defense.

In a clip he posted on social media, the “Thotiana” rapper stood on top of a black SUV on Monday with several bags full of cash and threw the bills into a frenzied crowd below.

Blueface commented on the video, “The season of giving.” Traffic came to a halt as people jumped out of their vehicles and grabbed the money.

Skid Row is a homeless area in downtown L.A. Haddish can relate to those living there, because she lived in her car at one time before her success.

“To those people who say it’s dehumanizing, and it’s degrading obviously haven’t lived in the hood,” the Night School stars tells TMZ. She says for the people living on the street, Blueface is a hero.

“Money falling out of the sky. It’s a blessing. If he was throwing out ones that could be degrading, but he’s throwing out hundreds,” the comedian continues. “He’s possibly making it so people could get a room for the night so they don’t have to be in the cold.”

Haddish found a different way to help the less fortunate as she gave out free dinners on Christmas at the Laugh Factory in Hollywood.
